Do You Have Problems Not Solved in Your Life?

It's a good bet that we all have pain points in life that have gone untouched, but not forgotten.  They could be spiritual, mental, physical, or maybe a combination of one or more.  At some point, past problems can stop us on our way to our better selves, on the way to giving from and living in our core.  We become stuck, and don't know why.

Right now, May of 2016, I am in a group of many coaches and trainers who can help in a variety of ways and methods.  As coaches, we have joined to help one another succeed in bringing our individually unique wisdom to others.  Some of us will find partnerships in the process.

I want you to have access to these people and their knowledge.  Like my FB page, Love Your Longevity, message me, and let me know your needs. I will focus on matching you up with one or more coaches to interview to see whether you are a match.  Or email me at [email protected].

Some of these coaches take people on trips or retreats.  Sometimes it is difficult to change when you are neck deep in your everyday 'stuff'. Change of scenery, and a break from routine can be just what is needed for breakthroughs.

For partnership with this group, and beyond, I will focus on arthritis relief through natural means.  I am putting together a program for that now.  I already deal with inflammation issues, as they are the tip of an unhealthy iceberg.  Arthritis fit right into my coaching, and things I've written about before.   I even have a power point that will need just a bit of tweaking to accommodate this new more niched focus.

So, if you want a result in your life that isn't showing up for you, find a coach that will help you work through old programming, money issues, health problems, spiritual pathways, relationships, sexual identity, bullying, parenting, and so much more.

Don't just go where the next train takes you.  Find your destination. Show up in all your glory.  Be vibrant.

Don't Use The V-Word

Do you mind my asking you how old you are?" Linda, in her early 70's, doesn't identify as a "senior" - at least not in the context that most people think of it.
